Faroe Islands Bucket List

Since the Faroe Islands covers only a small area, and with extra daylight hours in the summer months, you can see a lot in a short amount of time. These islands also have a very well connected public transport system. With a little extra planning and flexibility it should be possible to visit most places using public transport. Torshavn and Klaksvik are excellent base locations for accommodation. Allow some extra time to account for unexpected weather. Transport by helicopter is surprisingly affordable, as the government subsidises the price to improve connectivity for local people on isolated islands.

Here are the places I’d like to visit in a 5 to 7 day trip.
